Frank Weber is the senior partner in the law firm of Weber, Heap, Ayres & Greene, P.C.

Education

Frank graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1966, and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois in 1969. He entered into the private practice of law in Robinson, Illinois immediately after receiving his law license and has been a continuous member of the firm since that time.

Licenses

Frank is licensed to practice before the Illinois Supreme Court, the United States Circuit Court of Appelas for the District of Columbia, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Illinois and the United States Tax Court.

Memberships

Frank is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and Crawford County Bar Association, a member and director of the Illinois Oil Field Museum, and a member and former director of the University of Illinois Alumni Association.

Practice Areas

Frank has a primary emphasis in estate and tax planning as well as business, real estate and oil & gas practice. He is actively engaged in litigation in trial and appellate court, having been involved in numerous appeals of real estate and oil & gas matters. Frank has also served continuously as City Attorney of the City of Robinson, Illinois since 1973. He also previously served as City Attorney for Newton, Illinois and currently serves as Village Attorney of Oblong, Palestine, Flat Rock and Ste. Marie, Illinois. He also represents various other government entities.
