William G. Heap

Bill has extensive experience in family law, including divorce, adoptions and child custody. Bill also has substantial experience in the areas of estate planning, estate tax planning and probate and wills. Bill is an issuing agent for Attorney's Title Guarantee Fund and as such has many years experience with real estate title insurance, real estate contracts, real estate sales and auctions involving real estate and personal property. Bill has also over the years represented numerious financial institutions and has extensive experience in mortgage foreclosure law, including prosecuting foreclosures and defending against them.
